MBHILANE (Pty) Ltd was established in 2024, registered in terms of the Company Act. Mr. Sifiso M. Dlamini, who is the Founder of the company, had a vision to have a business that would add value to the lives of the beautiful People of South Africa - The Rainbow Nation.
The company was formed against a backdrop of limited companies in the Republic of South Africa that are owned 100% by black people, to provide a "One-Stop-Shop service" in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Supplies and Vaccines, Surgical Supplies, Hospital Equipment and Furniture, Laboratory Equipment and consumables, ICU/Renal Service, Facilities and Infrastructure Support, Construction and Civil Related Works, and Maintenance of Medical and Non-Medical Equipment.
When it was formed, the diversity and dynamism of the products and services were deliberately designed to cater for all purposes and needs around this industry.
